How to make paper flowers?

Paper flowers are simple to make and require little material. They are delicately crafted from various papers (crepe, silk, napkins), which are cut or folded according to the model and method chosen.

The Origami , or the art of paper folding, has a multitude techniques for performing various styles, from simple objects to more complex. Thus, you can make a simple sheet of paper a frog  or form a lotus flower from a towel , as demonstrated by one of the tutorials presented. This brings an original touch, when training a table for a dinner.

Moreover, origami is not the only technique for designing paper flowers. Some crumple and rely on cutting. Similarly, methods unearthed both use the crepe paper as tissue paper , to arrive at more or less large flowers. It is also possible to make printed paper roses .

These flowers are created from sheets of tissue paper or crepe, and give a pompom effect.

1) Unroll at least 5 layers of paper on a table. Align them.
2) Fold the accordion paper widthwise, forming strips of equal size.
3) Fold everything in the center and knot it with wool, putting the accordion on its side.
4) Cut the ends to form the end of the petals.
5) Repeat all previous steps to create the other half of the flower.
6) Delicately separate the leaves one by one, on both half of flower.
7) Bring the two parts together and tie them together. Cut the excess wire.
8) Secure a nylon thread in the center with clear adhesive paper.

The realization of these flowers in tissue paper requires to choose different colors, for a two-color result.

1) Fold the violet paper accordion and cut each end rounded.
2) Repeat the operation with the pink paper, open it and insert the purple paper on it.
3) Fold everything together and center the inserted part. Tie the center with yarn and cut the rounded ends.
4) Unfold the leaves one by one, towards the center. Repeat with the other half of the flower.

To make these roses to put on a board, a card or a gift package, printed paper and scissors are needed.

1) Take a 15 cm square of paper.
2) Cut the turn of the sheet with the scissors of choice.
3) Buff the contours with a brown pad.
4) Cut the sheet in a spiral with the scissors. Ink the edges.
5) Wrap it slightly, starting with a cone.
6) To rest on the bottom of the flower to maintain it then, slightly loosen the outside.
7) Glue the base with a glue gun.
8) Fold the petals slightly outwards.

1) Unfold the towel so that it forms a square. Turn it so that one of the tips is up.
2) Fold it towards the center and mark the fold. Renew the operation with the other corners.
3) Bend in the same way, the points of the newly formed square.
4) Hold the towel in the center and repeat the previous steps.
5) Flip the towel and fold the corners towards the center.
6) Holding the assembly, bring the bottom part of each point upwards. This will form the petals.
